Based on a subsequent forensic investigation, WMMHC determined that cybercriminals infiltrated its inadequately secured computer network. The investigation further determined that, through this infiltration, cybercriminals accessed files containing the sensitive personal information of 86,758 individuals.

- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license numbers
- Financial account information
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Dates of birth
- State or federal identification numbers
