WILMINGTON, Del., March 26, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Rigrodsky & Long, P.A. announces that it has filed a class action complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on behalf of holders of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (“Gilat” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ GS: GILT) common stock in connection with the proposed acquisition of Gilat by Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (“Comtech”) and Convoy Ltd.
