Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide continues to cultivate talent with six promotions at the network’s New Jersey-based headquarters

PARSIPPANY, NJ–(Marketwired – Jun 16, 2017) – Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide (www.ogilvychww.com), the health behavior change specialists of Ogilvy & Mather (www.ogilvy.com) and a WPP Health & Wellness company (NASDAQ: WPPGY) (www.wpp.com), today announced the advancement of six employees at the organization’s various agencies located in Parsippany.

Ogilvy CommonHealth Medical Education has elevated three of the group’s core team members — Chaitna Kalia, MD; Melissa Wang, PhD; and Heather Fibkins. Dr. Kalia, with the network since 2014, and Dr. Wang, an employee for nearly three years, have both been promoted from senior scientific associate to assistant medical director. In their new roles, Dr. Kalia and Dr. Wang will be tasked with ensuring scientific accuracy on various projects, developing compelling and clinically relevant medical education content, and collaborating with and serving as a strategic medical resource for several account teams. Ms. Fibkins has been elevated from program coordinator to assistant account executive where she will be supporting client services, project management, and work as a liaison with key team members across the agency.

Michael Driesse, who has tenured with the organization’s creative department for nearly 10 years, has been advanced from art director to senior art director. Mr. Driesse will now lead the production of creative thought leadership, work with account teams to ensure deliverables are in accordance with creative briefs, and guide the concepting and development of creative assets for his designated clients. 

Scott McCarthy, from Wellbeing@Ogilvy CommonHealth, has been elevated to senior account executive from account executive. With more than five years at OCHWW, Mr. McCarthy will now be taking on a higher strategic and leadership role in his current accounts. Wellbeing@Ogilvy CommonHealth’s Cara Esposito has been promoted to account executive. In her new role, Ms. Esposito will be providing strategic guidance and tactical support to several brands across new therapeutic categories.
