Freddie Mac Prices $981 Million Multifamily K-Deal, K-073

MCLEAN, VA–(Marketwired – Feb 26, 2018) – Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates), which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities. The company expects to issue approximately $981 million in K Certificates (K-073 Certificates), which are expected to settle on or about February 28, 2018.

The K-073 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2018-K73 Mortgage Trust (K-73 Trust) and guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
